Refund and Returns for Gemspherer is effective as of October 29, 2024.

At Gemspherer, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of anklets. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) is required to process a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized anklets
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  • You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
